1.TEBNET於2003年4月14日起，引進新的電子書產品─Wiley
E-MRW(E-Major Reference Work，電子版專業參考百科)，目前已有11個會員單位加入Wiley E-MRW的方案。5月30日以前歡迎其他會員單位加入E-MRW方案：

「使用統計系統」新增功能!!
(1)登入介面：為改善「使用統計系統」的登入問題，已委請資訊系統工程師將登入介面更換了!請各會員單位多加利用。
(2)單筆搜尋：為方便各位會員，新增了只要輸入書名或eBook ID就可查尋某電子書使用率的功能喔!

由國家圖書館發展建置，並於今年(2003年)4月21日正式啟用的「臺灣記憶(Taiwan
Memory)」和「臺灣概覽(Taiwan Info)」系統，除了使社會大眾對臺灣有基本的認識之外，更將臺灣本土的文化史料作一完善保存。
臺灣記憶(Taiwan
Memory)：將臺灣的歷史文獻與史料，依「人」、「事」、「時」、「地」、「物」的主題，藉由文字、聲音及影像之數位方式來典藏及呈現。
臺灣概覽(Taiwan Info)：分三大類來介紹與臺灣相關之訊息：1.認識臺灣；2.政府與法令；3.新聞資訊。

為豐富電子會刊之內容，徵求各會員單位提供推廣電子書的經驗分享，像是舉辦推廣活動(如：電子書使用心得比賽)或推廣師生利用電子書…等等。敬請大家踴躍投稿。
投稿方式及注意事項如下：
- 來稿請附下列資料：
- 作者中英文姓名、中英文現職、E-mail帳號及通訊地址、電話或傳真。
- 來稿格式：
- 字體→篇名為粗標楷體18號；大標題為粗標楷體16號；小標題為粗標楷體12號；內文為標楷體12號；
- 附註及參考書目之格式請以美國心理學會APA出版之論文格式為主；
- 僅接受Word電子檔(副檔名為.doc)之來稿，且文長以不超過一千字為原則。
- 本刊對來稿文字有刪改權，如不願刪改者，請於來稿上註明。
- 來稿請於每月15日以前寄至：ttjiang@fcu.edu.tw，江小姐收。
